Tweedy road Residential scheme submits for planning

Guy Hollaway Architects has submitted a planning application for a new build residential scheme in Bromley North on behalf of our clients Cathedral group.

Situated adjacent to Bromley North Village Station, the schematic proposal consists of 53 high quality residential apartments over four stories, with recessed fifth floor penthouse apartments.

The proposal has been submitted alongside a new 94 bedroom Boutique hotel within the former Grade II listed civic Town Hall.

The proposed residential development for South Street achieves a sympathetic balance between the dominant scale of the existing Tweedy Road and the Conservation Area. The key aim of the development sets precedent for the future of Bromley North Village where the housing scheme enables the redevelopment of the civic hall providing a contemporary development for Bromley North village to aspire to.
