GHA Go Paddle Boarding!

Friday evening saw our GHA Kent Studios making the most of the summer sunshine and being beside the seaside whilst bidding farewell to fellow employee Alex Bones, who has decided to embark on a new chapter in his career.

Alex has been with the Practice since May 2013 after achieving his Part I qualification, he has been involved in some of the practice’s most exciting physical models and planning applications, and has undoubtedly been the most active employee within the team.

Taking Alex’s sporting lead, GHA teamed up at Folkestone Harbour where our balance skills were put to the test with Stand Up Paddle Boarding! Food and drinks followed at the newly restored Harbour Arm, which has swiftly become the beacon for the regeneration of Folkestone as a destination town.

We would like to applaud Alex for all the fundraising that he does in his spare time – including dressing up as a giant turkey before plunging in to the channel and going rounds in the boxing ring in front of 100’s of spectators! In acknowledgement of this, the Practice has made a donation to a charity of Alex’s choice.

We wish Alex all the best moving forward.
