Margate Beach houses go under construction at the Royal Sea Bathing Hospital

These unique promenade beach houses have uninterrupted views over Turner's setting sun, which will each be two story, two bed residential dwellings with pitched roofs, inspired by the Margate beach huts. Each unit boasts open plan ground floors, kitchen, dining spaces and a spiral staircase and have unobstructed north facing sea views, with balconies on each level. The north facing sides are all glazed whilst the cladding will be wooden paneling, to weather with time. The scheme for promenade huts follows the completion of the conversion of the eastern wing of the Royal Seabathing Hospital, comprising of 67 apartments.
