St. Augustines gets planning & starts on site
Following successful planning approval by Shepway District council in July 2012, work has begun on site for the erection of a four storey set of apartments on Seabrook Road, Hythe.
The granted scheme follows previously approved applications for the demolition and change of use of the former St. Augustine's Primary school.
The proposal, will provide 12 high quality apartments and one penthouse suite. Orientated to maximise the views to the English Channel, the highly detailed apartments provide a materials palette similar to that of the local vernacular with through-coloured render and timber cladding, providing high spec contemporary dwellings.
The apartments will provide an exciting new addition to TG Designer Homes's portfolio, seamlessly integrating their philosophy of creating bespoke quality living.
